Warranty and Maintenance
The production of porteamato doors involves a thorough selection of high quality materials. The warranty covers imperfection faults in the components related to the production phases that prevent  correct functioning according to UNI EN European standards.
Cleaning

It is recommended that when you clean the front-doors, both the wooden and lacquered ones,  that a soft and slightly wet towel be used, using the products listed below and avoiding too much pressure. It is also strongly recommended not to use abrasive sponges or acid products that would destroy the finish. To clean the glass beading frame, engravings and pantographies, the use of a brush would be sufficient.

Wooden doors

Clean the surfaces with water, rubbing in the direction of the grain to remove the dirt that has become ingrained in the wood.
In case of stubborn stains, use a mix of water and alcohol in a 2:1 ratio .Dry thoroughly at the end of the process.
Do not use furniture polish, acetone, trichloroethylene, ammonia or abrasive substances.

Lacquered doors

Ensure you always clean with a soft, slightly damp towel. Use a mix of water and alcohol in a 2:1 ratio. Do not use acetone, trichloroethylene or ammonia.
Avoid, if possible, close proximity to direct sunlight.

Wood is a natural living material that expands or shrinks under the effect of humidity; it dries and breaks at the sun; insects, mold and mushrooms might attack it.
